This 1951 Willys Jeepster was found in the garage of the second owner, here in Los Angeles. It was all original, down to the paint. This build was commissioned by a repeat client, so we got lucky to find such a nice one, right here in town.

Such a great design. A transition model for Wilys as they tried to keep the interests of the military men as they returned to civilian life. Rarely do you see these properly restored to perfection.

As with most of our convertible projects, rarely is the top put up. Either way, the stock frame was fully restored, then tailored in German canvas.

We dropped the ride height to just a little bit lower than stock.

Love the design of the rear on these.

We restored it in the factory two-tone gloss paint colors. Underside and inside floor surfaces coated in Polyurea.

Willys changes the front grill design almost every year. This is the cleanest version, in our opinion.

Looks great even with the top up. Surprisingly quiet at freeway speeds too.

This is the step plate for entering the rear of the cab without opening the doors. Kinda odd... left over from their Jeep WWII designs maybe?

Custom knobs on modern switches. I love the stock simple dash with great design flow.

Left the seats stock, improved the foam and vinyl.

The knob now controls a modern audio system volume level. Unit still lights up, as if it was working.
